All of us see the amount of books carried by students and huge courses with a large amount of information knows why students do not like to go to school, so the competent teacher needs to create a way to summarize and facilitate the student to know and absorb this amount of information , through the graphic and to do, there are programs and many applications are dedicated to it (e.g Adop ) , but the PowerPoint program can do this well. 
 
GRAPHIC is the conversion of data and complex information into drawings and documents. It is easy to read and understand, so it is important and effective in the modern educational process because we need to simplify and analyze the data in a beautiful and attractive manner.

Therefore, teachers, especially mathematics, statistics and geography will benefit from them, as well as researchers can view the results of research, especially the quantity using shelf, also for the promotion and promotion of certain information in some companies and institutions .

cartoon.

Every day I know more about the PowerPoint program than I have discovered new features that are different from my idea and my old use in the simple traditional direct presentation I read today and saw the possibility of making a cartoon easily and by adding some animation with some sounds and effects. For example, in the work of a short film cartoon tells perhaps about a short story purpose - or presents scientific information in an attractive and loving way for young children because they love cartoon - and this may be done by the father and educator or teacher, who I liked during my reading that this program called "teacher friend"

We also note that cartoon films help in the easy delivery of information used in the work of publicity for a product as some of the communication companies - or a film to raise awareness of children about what - or warning of harmful things, and here are the media and advertising designers are concerned and who can use this idea.

This time I used the link to lead the learner through the basic slide, which contains the main title under which the subtitle and then by clicking on each address leads you to more information.Then after that you can go back to the basic slide and choose another option, this helps to increase the link information for the learner. Making it more effective between the learner and the presentation.

Also in my previous presentation I used the Animation Pan with time manipulation in order to arrange the appearance of the elements by the possibility to display them successively and sequentially in the same place and in a certain order (see slide 17 in my ppt).
 And in another way, after the entry of the first element and disappear the next item appears directly In the same place and so,

I think it is one of the benefits of this way to make the learner more eager to expect more and the next  because the information does not appear directly, but in sequence, which increases the attractiveness of the ppt , in addition to it reduces the contention of information within the same slid. 

I wish I adding a new addition to my colleagues this time.

This week I feel difficulty and high pressure to complete the assignment , perhaps because of repeated power cuts and bad weather ! or to accumulate duties !!!!!
 
But what I would say here is that\\ I realized that GIF images could be included in the PowerPoint. This is an addition and this makes ppt more beautiful.


Also i learned through the research if you wont you can change your ppt to vidio.
But in fact I could not apply it and I will try to do it later.

Today i will tell us and explain  how can you use &apply Trigger in power point.

after you write your comment which you wont to appear [e.g excellent-good-try again.........-image -sound.....]

 1- make your animation [entrance - exit]

2-activate your comment (objective) by [double click]

3-go to( animation  pan ) and select your animation .

4-choice( timing.)

5-select ( trigger)

6-select the second option (start effect on click of ) then choice your objective.

7-finally click to (OK) to apply .

I hope that I have succeeded in explaining the way to benefit everyone.

Today, I have learned a new technique that helps in making multiple choice questions in PowerPoint called "Trigger". It helps in the interaction between the student and the presentation, which is similar to the work of the links, but reduces the number of slides used and this is better.

Because the result will appear on the same slide.

As well as how to insert and use sounds to interact within the presentation.

I will use it tomorrow in the work of the presentation on the next PowerPoint.

😏My Experiences😏

From two days ago I learned that I could prepare the first steps for an attractive PowerPoint work to explain a lesson.

For example, by inserting some images and using some attractive fonts, sounds and different movements of slides can attract the attention of the learner or student and this is an important step at the beginning of the explanation of any lesson.

As well as using Action Button, which helps control the display by previous, foreword or returning to the main screen "go to home".

I hope to learn more in the coming days.

I really enjoyed learning from this module many different teaching methods of correspondence between groups and commenting on others. I was able to this course will be a great addition to my information and skills.

"ICT"is the Information and Communication Technologies. "ICT in Education" means "Teaching and Learning with ICT".

Educational ICT tools can be divided into 3 categories: Input source, Output source and Others.

Now, let's check out the survey which was collected from feedback of the Elmo UK national-wide seeding project and see what happened in the schools in UK.

1. Has the visualiser/document camera increased or decreased interactivity with children?
All the teachers felt that the visualiser/document camera aided in increasing interactivity with children


2. Has the visualiser/document camera improved children's concentration?

Over 90% of teachers felt that concentration in the classroom increased due to use of the visualiser/document camera.
3. Has the visualiser/document camera contributed to narrowing the gap between children in academic achievements?

Over 78% of teachers felt that the visualiser/document camera aided in bringing children closer together in academic achievements.
4. Have you had more fun with the visualiser/document camera in the classroom?

Over 90% of children had more fun in the classroom due to the visualiser/document camera.
5. Has the visualiser/document camera reduced or increased your preparation time?

Over 55%of teachers have recognized that the visualiser/document camera decreased lesson preparation time. None of teachers felt that preparation time increased for lessons.



Integrating ICT into education seems to be a necessary issue for educators / education administrators in the world. However, if teachers cannot make good use of the ICT tools, the money and time spent on the ICT is going to be a waste. Also, if the educational budget is limited, looking for a cost-effective and high-performance ICT tool can be the first priority.

So how about getting started on using ICT in education with the visualiser/document camera? You don’t need to waste time learning how to use a Visualiser because it is so easy to operate. And, you could even use it without a PC, which is very budget friendly. Please remember this point : Simple is best! Educational ICT tools are not for making educators master ICT skills themselves, but for making educators create a more effective learning environment via ICT.
